How to run a DxDiag report?

Need to get in contact with our Tech Support Team or simply want to check out your system specs and drivers? A DxDiag report is the best way to get hardware and driver information in order to troubleshoot technical based issues.

To run Dxdiag:

1. Type the Windows key + "R" and type in "dxdiag" (without the quotes) in the Run Window.

2. When the window for "Dxdiag" appears, click the button labeled "Run 64-bit Dxdiag.”

NOTE: If you are using Windows 8, or have a 32-bit operating system, you will not see this option available so you can simply move on to the next step.

3. Once loaded, click the button "Save All Information." You will want to save the file to your Desktop.

4. From there, you should see a "DxDiag.txt" file that you can either provide to Technical Support to investigate your issue, or use at your leisure.
