Settings not being saved

If you are having issues with the launcher switching from EU to NA (or vice versa) or your in-game settings are being reset, please try the following:

 

  1. Hold the Windows key and press "R" on your keyboard to bring up the "Run" dialog box.
  2. Type in %appdata% and press enter.
  3. Navigate to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\NCSOFT\WildStar
  4. Delete the contents of the WildStar folder, or the entire WildStar folder itself.

Once deleted, please try launching WildStar again.

 

Should this not resolve the issue for you, please try this additional step below:

 

1.  Once again, hold the Windows key and press "R" on your keyboard to bring up the "Run" dialog box.

2. Type in %appdata% and press enter.

3. Navigate to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\NCSOFT\WildStar

4. Delete the machine.ini file.

Once deleted, please try launching WildStar again.
