Why am I getting a "Code Unusable" error?

Hey everyone,

This is an issue where the code you purchased is for a different region than your game account. So if your game account is for the EU, but you purchased an NA code, the system will display this error when you try to apply it.

If you are seeing this error, you will need to Submit a Ticket and get in touch with our Payments team. They will be able to review your game account and code region and assist you accordingly!
