My European Payment Method is Not Available When Purchasing!

If you do not have a European payment method available when purchasing an item from our online store, please log into your NC Account and ensure your billing address (physical address) is entered correctly. The payment method options are presented based on the information associated with your billing address on your account so you may need to update this information.

To review/change your Billing Address, log into your NC Account and click the EDIT button next to your Billing Address under Account Information. Enter your correct information and click the UPDATE button.
